INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your participation in programs, events, memberships, workshops, coaching services, retreats, conferences, and other offerings provided by Beth Caldwell International, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing this website, registering for events, joining memberships, purchasing services, or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

INCLUSIVITY & SAFE SPACE POLICY

Beth Caldwell International, LLC is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment. We strive to create spaces where individuals of all backgrounds feel valued and supported, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, ability, or background.

Discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.

 

ANTI-HARASSMENT & CODE OF CONDUCT

We maintain a harassment-free environment across all events, programs, online spaces, memberships, and communications.

Harassment, intimidation, bullying, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from events, programs, memberships, or services without refund, at our sole discretion.

 

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Participants agree to:

• Engage respectfully with others
• Communicate constructively
• Honor differing perspectives
• Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from programs, memberships, communities, or events.

 

ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT

We are committed to making our website, programs, and events as accessible as reasonably possible.

We make every effort to select venues with accessible entry and facilities. If you have an accessibility need, please contact us in advance of the event. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable needs within the scope of our resources. As a small business, we may not be able to provide specialized services such as sign language interpreters, personal aides, or one-on-one support.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Events, Workshops & Conferences

All event registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

• Transfer your registration to another individual, or
• Donate your registration as a scholarship

 

Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable.

 

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.

Annual memberships are paid in full and are non-refundable. Membership benefits remain active through the end of the membership term.

 

Coaching, Retreats & VIP Services

Payments for private coaching, retreats, and VIP services are non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services without refund.

 

FORCE MAJEURE (EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS)

Beth Caldwell International, LLC shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to events or services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Government orders or restrictions
• Public health or safety concerns
• Acts of nature or severe weather
• Venue closures
• Travel restrictions
• Civil unrest or safety-related concerns

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• Postpone an event
• Convert an in-person event to a virtual format
• Reschedule for a future date

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances, but reasonable accommodations or alternatives may be offered when feasible.

 

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, and protection.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

By attending our events, you acknowledge that photographs or video recordings may be taken and used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify us prior to the event whenever possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor requests, we cannot guarantee removal from group photographs or public event recordings.

 

VIRTUAL EVENTS & RECORDINGS

Virtual events, workshops, coaching sessions, and community gatherings may be recorded for educational, promotional, or member access purposes.

Participants are responsible for maintaining the technology, internet access, and equipment necessary to participate in virtual programs and events.

 

ONLINE PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS

Memberships, subscriptions, event registrations, and certain online services may be administered through trusted third party platforms, including:

• Heartbeat
• Stripe
• Wix Payments

By purchasing or participating in our programs, events, memberships, or services, you may also be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those third party providers.

Payment providers and platforms may change without notice.

 

SPONSORSHIPS & AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS

Event sponsors may receive limited professional information, such as name, company, and email address, for networking purposes. Financial or payment information is never shared.

Some links on this website may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you.

We only recommend products, services, resources, and tools that we believe provide value to our community. However, you should always conduct your own due diligence before making purchasing decisions.

We are not responsible for the actions, services, advice, products, or representations of third parties, including venues, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, service providers, or other participants.

Participants are solely responsible for any personal, professional, or business interactions arising from events, memberships, programs, or services.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, downloads, recordings, online courses, templates, and electronic materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, content, recordings, presentations, worksheets, downloads, coaching materials, training resources, graphics, logos, videos, written content, and other intellectual property provided through Beth Caldwell International, LLC are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, recorded, sold, shared, republished, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP OR PARTICIPATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation in any membership, program, event, service, online community, or coaching engagement for violations of these Terms and Conditions, community guidelines, or conduct standards.

No refund will be provided in such cases.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website, memberships, programs, events, or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

ARTEMIS PROJECT TERMS

Nature of the Artemis Project

The Artemis Project is a community support initiative administered by Beth Caldwell International LLC through Circle for Women and Pittsburgh Professional Women.

The Artemis Project is not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and contributions to the fund are not currently tax deductible unless otherwise stated in writing.

Funds designated for the Artemis Project are maintained separately from Circle for Women membership funds, event revenue, sponsorship revenue, and Pittsburgh Professional Women operating funds.

The Artemis Project donor-advised fund is managed through Fidelity Investments (or a successor financial institution designated by Beth Caldwell International LLC).

 

Funding Status

During the initial funding phase, applications for assistance may not be accepted.

The Artemis Project reserves the right to open, pause, suspend, or modify the application process at any time based on available funding, administrative capacity, or program needs.

Eligibility and Assistance

Financial assistance is intended to provide temporary support to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, funding, or assistance of any kind.

All applications are reviewed individually and assistance is awarded at the sole discretion of the Artemis Project administrators based on available resources, eligibility requirements, and program priorities.

Applicants may receive assistance no more than once during any twelve month period unless an exception is approved by the Artemis Project administrators.

The Artemis Project reserves the right to request documentation supporting an applicant's financial need or hardship.

 

Decisions and Funding Availability

Funding availability may vary throughout the year.

All assistance decisions are final.

The Artemis Project reserves the right to deny, limit, modify, or discontinue assistance requests at any time.

 

Donations and Contributions

Donations and contributions made to the Artemis Project support the overall mission of the fund and may be used wherever the need is greatest.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, donors may not direct contributions to a specific individual or family.

 

Changes to the Program

The Artemis Project reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements, funding priorities, application procedures, assistance limits, and program guidelines without prior notice.
