These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your participation in programs, events, memberships, workshops, and services offered by Beth Caldwell International, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website, registering for events, or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Beth Caldwell International, LLC is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment. Anti-Harassment & Code of Conduct

We maintain a harassment-free environment across all events, programs, online spaces, and communications.

Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from events, programs, or membership without refund, at our sole discretion.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from programs or events.

Accessibility Commitment

We are committed to making our website, programs, and events as accessible as reasonably possible.

We make every effort to select venues with accessible entry and facilities. If you have an accessibility need, please get in contact with us in advance of the event. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable needs within the scope of our resources. As a small business, we may not be able to provide specialized services such as sign language interpreters, personal aides, or one-on-one support.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Events, Workshops & Conferences

All event registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

Transfer your registration to another individual, or
Donate your registration as a scholarship

Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable.
Recurring memberships may be canceled by logging into your account or contacting us at least five (5) business days prior to the next billing cycle.

Coaching, Retreats & VIP Services

Payments for private coaching, retreats, and VIP services are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services without refund.

Force Majeure (Event Changes or Cancellations)

Beth Caldwell International, LLC shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to events or services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:

Government orders or restrictions
Public health or safety concerns
Acts of nature or severe weather
Venue closures
Travel restrictions
Civil unrest or safety-related concerns

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

Postpone an event
Convert an in-person event to a virtual format
Reschedule for a future date

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances, but reasonable accommodations or alternatives may be offered when feasible.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, and protection.

Photography & Media Release

By attending our events, you acknowledge that photographs or video recordings may be taken and used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

If you wish to opt out, please notify us in advance or within six (6) hours of the event via the Contact page.

Online Payments & Transactions

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including:

Square
AffiniPay
Wix
Networked

Payment providers may change without notice.

Sponsorships & Affiliate Relationships

Event sponsors may receive limited professional information (such as name, company, and email) for networking purposes. Financial or payment information is never shared.

Participants are solely responsible for any personal or professional interactions arising from events or programs.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, recordings, or online materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
