Connection Circles are welcoming gatherings held in cities across the country, each created as a unique, one-time experience for the women in that local community.

If you’re wondering what to expect, here are answers to some of the most common questions about Connection Circle events:

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this event for?

Women who want to meet like-minded professionals. Entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, nonprofit leaders, women in transition — all are welcome. This gathering is for those who value thoughtful conversation and supportive community.

What’s included in my ticket?

Lunch or dinner, guided networking, a short motivational talk, small-group Connection Circle conversations, and new quality connections.

What is Circle for Women?

Circle for Women is a welcoming community founded by author Beth Caldwell. She creates spaces where women connect, collaborate, and grow together. Women from all industries and backgrounds are welcome.

What happens at a Connection Circle?

You’ll enjoy time to mingle, a brief inspiring message during lunch, and guided small-group conversations designed to help you build genuine relationships. This is about connection, not selling.

Do I need to be a member to attend?

No. This event is open to all women. Connection Circle offers a space rooted in respect, encouragement, and mutual support where women can form meaningful friendships.

Will I be sold a membership?

No. There is nothing for sale at this event. New members are always welcome, but there will be no sales pitch. Just conversation, connection, and community.

Is this a fundraiser?

We sometimes have fundraisers to support local causes benefiting women and girls; each city and each event is customized to the location.

What if I don’t own a business?

Professional Women of all backgrounds are welcome at Connection Circles. These events include women just beginning their careers to recently retired. You don’t need a title or business to attend. If you value thoughtful conversation and want to grow your circle, you’ll feel right at home.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and a willingness to connect. Business cards are optional.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registration is a commitment to attend. No refunds will be offered. If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to send another woman in your place.

What should I wear?

Business casual is perfect.

Every Connection Circle is intentionally designed to feel relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely supportive — a space where women can step away from their busy schedules, meet new people, and leave feeling encouraged and connected. No two gatherings are exactly alike, but the goal is always the same: meaningful conversation, shared learning, and real relationships.
