Beth Caldwell’s Circle for Women is a new welcoming, inclusive community for high achieving women at all levels of life. Women from all ages, industries, business types, backgrounds, and belief systems are welcome here. A membership offers opportunities to connect, grow, and move forward together. Events include business growth, success, personal development, and social gatherings. Most events take place virtually, with occasional in-person workshops, conferences, co-working gatherings, and retreats.

Our members include professional women, business owners, leaders, and women navigating life transitions. You do not need to have a business or a specific title to belong here.

This is a space for real conversations, genuine relationships, and thoughtful growth. You won’t be expected to perform, impress, or “pitch” yourself. Instead, you’ll find a community where connection comes first, and where women support one another in a meaningful and lasting way.

Unlimited Possibility) A global gathering for all women focused on deep conversation and personal growth This is the place where women gather to feel less alone and learn how life challenges. Topics focus on habits, challenges, heartache, boundaries, procrastination, relationships, caregiving, grief, etc. We begin with a presentation on one topic, then break into small group discussion. Connection Café This is strictly social. Virtual networking and conversation opportunities (for members only), and Women You Should Meet gatherings offer facilitated networking experiences where you'll be able to meet new friends, find like minded individuals, receive support, encouragement and discover new opportunities. We offer multiple opportunities, meetings and gatherings each month to connect, depending on your schedule and interests. You can attend as many or as few sessions as you’d like. There is no pressure to participate in everything.

Not at all. Circle for Women is designed to support you, not overwhelm you. You’re welcome to join the sessions that feel most relevant and valuable to you.

Each session is designed to be engaging, supportive, and easy to participate in. Selling or sales pitching is not permitted. Most gatherings include a brief introduction or topic, followed by conversation and small group breakout sessions. This allows you to connect more personally with other women rather than feeling lost in a large group.

Connection is a natural part of Circle for Women, but this is not a traditional networking group. Promotion or selling is not permitted. Please refrain from promoting your business or sell your services. If opportunities for collaboration or referrals happen, they come from genuine relationships, not pressure or a feeling of obligation.

You are not alone in that feeling, and you are absolutely welcome here. Many women join without knowing anyone, and we’ve intentionally created an environment that makes it easy to connect in a comfortable, low-pressure way. You can participate at your own pace.

Success Circle is weekly gathering designed to support women-owned businesses. The idea is that you spend one hour each week working on growing your business. Success Circle is included with your Circle for Women membership. It’s a collaborative space where you can connect, share ideas, and stay accountable as you grow. Success Circle Mastermind is a more focused, high-level experience for women who want accountability and coaching in addition to the weekly classes. This smaller group meets monthly for a private mastermind session, connects throughout the year for co-working, and includes a private coaching session each month. It’s designed to provide more structure, strategy, and individualized support as you build and grow your business.

The Success Circle Mastermind is and add-on program designed for women who are starting, restarting, or growing a business and are ready for more focused support. Pittsburgh Professional Women is a local organization with in-person events based in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area in the United States. Circle for Women is a global, virtual community designed to bring women together from anywhere in the world for ongoing connection, support, and growth. Many women choose to be part of both, but each offers a different experience.

Circle for Women and Pittsburgh Professional Women are two separate communities, each with its own unique experience and membership. At this time, memberships are offered separately and are not discounted. Many women choose to be involved in both, depending on what they’re looking for, and we’re always happy to help you decide what feels like the best fit for you.
